1. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
- No refunds will be issued for change-of-mind, incorrect size choices, or any other reason except as noted below.
2. SIZE & PRODUCT CHECK
- Please double-check your size before ordering using our size chart and product measurements—once you’ve placed your order, we cannot accept size-related returns.
- Inspect product images, descriptions, and care instructions carefully before checkout.
3. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tishastra@gmail.com
- Include your order number, a photo or video showing the defect, and a brief description.
Once we verify the issue, we will, at our discretion, either:
- Replace the item with the same style/size (subject to stock availability), or
- Offer store credit toward your next purchase.
4. HOW TO REPORT A DEFECT
- Email: tishastra@gmail.com
- Subject line: “Defective Item – Order #[your order number]”
- Attach clear photos/videos and your contact information.
We’ll respond within 2–3 business days to confirm next steps.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
- You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning a defective item to us.
- If we authorize a replacement, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be replaced under any circumstances:
- Any intimate apparel
- Items marked “Final Sale”
